suggestion: PINA and TINA

Hello,
I think would be very helpful to have a microbiomeMarker/phyloseq wrapper to calculate Taxa INteraction-Adjusted (TINA, based on taxa co-occurrence networks), and Phylogenetic INteraction-Adjusted (PINA, based on phylogenetic similarities) based on this paper. there is already a repository where are stored all the codes.
What do you think?
