Employee data analysis is an analytics application where the organization can gauge the chances an employee will leave the company or not depending on a number of factors. This application uses different Classification models more like the logistical regression model, Decision Trees and SVM. In our analysis we focus on the nine aspects of the data including the satisfaction level, the last performance evaluation, no. of projects he/she worked on, time spend in the company, work accidents yes/no, department salary level, promotion in the last 5 years and also the average monthly hours.
