More arrow functions, more array functions like `every', `filter', `sort'. Locale strings renamed to consistency. CSS-filters values moved from array to object with named keys. Hue circled around [0,360].

I fixed Russian translation, hard-coded Chinese degrees in hue tip, some mistypes in variables name, and replaced work with arrays in some places in more elegant way (less code => more elegant, I think 馃槂).
