This version contains a bug preventing installation, use v1.1.1

This is the first Stable released version of Shoutz0r, follow the installation instructions in the README to get everything set-up.

If you have any problems, please create a ticket in the issues section.

Initial release

This is an initial release of Shoutzor.

Shoutzor is in a usable state, the admin panel works with the exception of the Shoutzor controls, those still need to be implemented.

Front-end completely works though, one more point to fix that's important is the user authentication requirement.
Currently this can be solved by activating maintenance mode asking the user to login and granting all authenticated users access past the maintenance page.

Long story short, it works, you might have to do some work here and there, but if you really, really need it right now (which I doubt) you can use it ;)
