STAAR package version v0.9.6

  • adds cumulative minor allele count (cMAC) to the output of STAAR() and STAAR_cond()

  • adds an option in STAAR_cond() and Indiv_Score_Test_Region_cond() using the fully adjusted procedure in conditional analysis
