When rotating the device, an exception is thrown because there is no default constructor on the Fragment.
I added a default constructor which alleviated one issue, but exposed another. A null reference exception was being thrown when the the attached fragments attempted to render themselves. The Func that was initially passed in as a constructor argument was null upon Configuration Change.
