Hi, I saw get-alex/alex#195 and get-alex/alex#217, which explained how to add words to alex. However, I didn't feel it was totally clear how to update this repo when I arrived.

I think that this small change to the README will save potential contributors some time 馃槃

Hey @mjalkio! this is super nice, thanks for working on it.

Could you take some inspiration from retext-equalitys contributing section? Even though we don鈥檛 have those files referenced there, using that heading and some welcoming language would be lovely! 馃憤
