Artefacts I use: Server: Google App Engine; Front-end: Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery; Back-end: PHP, cURL, PayPal Express Checkout API.

How to use the website: click "add to cart" => click "PayPal Checkout" at the bottom => login to PayPal and authorize the payment => click the "Pay Now" button => Done.
