Welcome to the reactome2gpml-converter wiki!

This converter is used to convert Reactome pathways to the GPML format for sharing in WikiPathways. Please check out the guide to build and run the converter from the command line.

WikiPathways users can use the Reactome collection in their analysis in PathVisio.

Users can also help point out missing knowledge in the Reactome pathways. All edits made to Reactome pathways in WikiPathways are automatically collected in the history of the pathway. The changes will be considered before we upload a new version of Reactome pathway. We will also provide the internal curators of Reactome with information from these edits.
