MapLibre recently released version 11, and changed all their package names from
mapboxtomaplibre.Unfortunately this makes it impossible to migrate, because their own annotation plugin (which we also use) has not yet been updated to be compatible with version 11:
maplibre/maplibre-plugins-android#52
Once the above is completed, this can be tested and merged.
