Overview

This repository contains materials used for bioinformatics and computational biology teaching.

• Comparative_Genomics_and_Visualisation: undergraduate lectures/workshops on Comparative Genomics and Visualisation delivered at the University of Dundee.
• Introduction_To_Bioinformatics: introductory bioinformatics workshop delivered at The James Hutton Institute, as part of a full-day course
