This is the code for the project "Population structure can reduce clonal interference when sexual reproduction and dispersal are synchronized".

The files are named as their evolutinonary structure. For example, SB means stready recombination and bursty migration. The params are selection coeffcient, t_gap, genomic mutation rate, frequency of sex, # of demes, # of individuals in a deme, loci length, total generations, random seed.

For convinence, gsl.sh can also be used. It also contains a set of commonly used params.
