  1. add DL_DIR, SSTATE_DIR, and PARALLEL_MAKE to passthrough env vars 

    - add DL_DIR and SSTATE_DIR for easier control over downloads and state dir
- add PARALLEL_MAKE to make it easier to run steps with different settings (BB_NUMBER_THREADS is already there)
- split line because it's excessively long, ordered by vars related to proxy, alphabetically, then everything else, alphabetically.
