Hi team,
As outlined in issue #608, new rules and decoders have been added to trigger alerts from api.log
This is a rebase from PR[#334] to add new decoders (decoders/0500-wazuh-api_decoders.xml) and rules (rules/0690-wazuh-api_decoders.xml). Also, added the corresponding api.ini file.
