Move the registry file of Wazuh dashboard

Description

This pull request adapt the move of data in the wazuh-registry.json of Wazuh dashboard.

Changes:

• Remove refence to installation date in the About view

• Adds or updates meta descriptions accordingly.
• Updates the redirects.js script if necessary (check this guide).
