View alerts of this rule link is not working

##Description
In the Rules section, whenever a user selects a rule and the flyout opens, there's a link on the top-right corner that should redirect to Threat hunting section with the rule pre-filtered. This links makes the redirection, but it doesn't apply the mentioned filter.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Server Management -> Rules
2. Click on rule row to open the details flyout
3. Click on the "View alerts of this rule link"
4. Check it doesn't apply the rule filter
