reason: we dont want to lost the uuid of the installation and the version

@sduthil Are you sure we want to do not sync this table?
I don't see big impact but live_reload_enabled and timezone (if we start to use it in future) may be useful to sync
To proper way should be to not sync some columns and/or split column into other tables

Moved back to draft, because we need to separate the table into instance-specific data (uuid, version) from global configuration (live_reload, timezone) and exclude from sync only the instance-specific data
