This repository provides scripts to perform Dynamics Survival Analysis (DSA) of individual-level data from the Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Run DSA_Script.R to begin.
The code was tested on MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) running Mac OS X Catalina (10.15.7 ), with processor 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 under R studio version 1.3.1073, with R version 4.0.2. and rstan library version 2.21.2.
