I'm not sure why git highlighted entire sections such as the bottom section with reference links. I only added a few missing links and also updated some existing links. I have a separate google document tracking which links I updated if you would like to see specifics. Additionally, somehow a lot of extra lines were inserted. I'm not sure what triggered that (I was using Visual Studio Code to make the edits in this file).
