Some small tweaks that have gone into the first VIRION release (ca. preprint)

Resubmission + Zenodo

Creating a Zenodo DOI for v0.1.2 to accompany manuscript resubmission. Includes updated higher taxonomic pipeline including NCBI taxids; more properly structured primary source fields; ICTV ratified flag for viruses.
