辞書的には明確にのってるのはないのはたしかなんですが、いくつかの翻訳にかけて確認しました。
みらい翻訳だと「言い換えると」、英辞郎で「口に出して」などもあり今一かも...うーん
DeepLの候補の「言葉にすると」あたりもかなり的確なんですが...

すいません。根本的に間違えてました。
「カーソル位置とその後ろの "count" 行。」だと count - 1の説明をしている感じに受け取られそうですね。
