在本地打包编译时，最终生成的iview.js中，loading-component的模板被直接编译成了html，导致出现以下情况：

我也一直不清楚作者为什么这样写，但是看初始提交就是这样，这个问题会导致vite中编译出错，希望作者可以解释一下这样写的目的
