Bi-weekly meeting are open for public discussion, and anyone may join to promote their agenda or listen and have a meaningful way to learn and contribute.
In order to facilitate an organised meeting with possible structure and discussion a meeting protocol is hereby established.
- bi-weekly meeting shall be conducted with presence of a core contributor
- agenda of meeting will be published before hand in a public location(TBD)
- do we need a code-of-conduct defined for meetings?
- meeting minutes shall be documented and published after meeting in a new wiki page.
- brief review of last meeting
- notable messages and agenda outline
- discuss agenda items by order, try to confine duration per item so all planned items may be included
- stakeholder/s will present and then others can discuss necessity, implementation details and next AI for topic
- if time permits - open for hand raise discussion
