NeuroPAL GCaMP Activity Trace Scripts

This contains the scripts used to extract traces from GCaMP movies contained in the NeuroPAL publication, "NeuroPAL: A Multicolor Atlas for Whole-Brain Neuronal Identification in C. elegans". The publication is available here:
