Frequently Asked Questions

These FAQ can be found in the #faq channel of the Miki server.

What are mekos?

Mekos are a form of currency for Miki. You can gain mekos by typing >daily and when your guild is beating it's rival you can use >guildweekly. Another source of mekos is from people giving them to you by typing >give <@user> <number>. You can buy marriageslots with mekos by doing >buymarriageslot and saying yes to confirm. Also, you can gamble mekos with >slots, >flip and >blackjack.

How do I make Miki mention people in greetings?

Typing -u will welcome the user to the server or you can use -um to also mention the user when they join.

What are the achievements and how do I get them?

Literally in the Achievements tab of the wiki, silly.

Is there a way to see all of Miki's commands?

Type >help to be Direct Messaged the list of commands. Type >help <command> for specific command tips. Also, you can use this Wiki.

How do I gain experience and levels?

Whenever a player messages, Miki grants experience based on a few factors. If the message is too swiftly sent after another, Miki won't grant any experience. (No spamming, m'kay?)

How do you disable a command?

To disable a command, type >setcommand <command> 0. Please note that this is on a per-channel basis.

Miki isn't responding, what can I do?

Try typing miki.prefix to check whether the prefix has been changed.

The Direct Messages are annoying! What do I do?

You can stop from Miki Directly Messaging you personally by typing >togglepm.

How can I turn off level up notifications?

Simply type >toggleguildnotifications

How do I divorce someone when they're not in my server anymore?

You do >divorce <Name as shown in your profile>.

The name/avatar on my profile isn't the same as my username/avatar, what do I do?

You just do >syncname to update your username to the database. Same with >syncavatar to sync your avatar into database.

Why are the NSFW commands like >gelbooru not working?

NSFW commands only work on NSFW channels. Simply go to channel settings and add nsfw- to the beginning of the name. As an extra guarantee, toggle on "NSFW Channel" in the Overview tab. See http://imgur.com/a/c2w2n for detailed screenshots.
