This PR wants to make the following:

Change 1.tf (to wide-spaced, so that it matches its .lf counterpart);
Change 5 in Black/Black Italic (all figure styles), so it removes the interpolation glitch;
Add Germandbls (no true version for now, but it's better than nothing);
This closes Add glyphs from U+1E00 to U+1E99, U+1E9B, and Capital sharp S (U+1E9E) #144 and closes 5 in Black weight and its Italic have a subtly round corner, still reminiscent of beta 18Franklin #148.
