This makes it so that in fullscreenmode, moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen (which is an easy motion) enables the hover behavior of the plyr control elements (e.g. the tooltip of the progressbar appears, or a click leads to a seek). This is similar to how the native firefox and chrome video players behave.
