README for netscan software

start-netscan.sh: this is the master netscan script. It scans for each port in ports.lst on the IP range given as an arg
scan-for-port.sh: this is the scanner script. it has two args, the range and the port. It writes to the 'netscan' mysql db on your server of choice


INSTALLATION:
* Configure scan-for-port.sh, make-history.sh to match your database server configuration
* Import the tables in tables.sql to get the correct db format

USAGE:
./start-netscan.sh 10.10.0.0/16

Scans 10.10.0.0/16 for all ports in ports.lst and writes results to the DB.
