Make it possible to disable using the 1Password ssh agent

Description

Currently if op is found in the user's $PATH, the quickstart will try to use its ssh agent whether or not there are any keys in there. Make it possible for users to disable using the 1Password ssh agent.

Not including file extensions makes it easier to rewrite the script in another language later without having to change every reference to the previous version.
