Links to Footnotes not Perfect

If I go to https://live.door43.org/u/Door43/en_ulb/e3eda03cfe/41-MAT.html#040-ch-023 there is a footnote for Verse 14. When I follow that link I do not go directly to that foot note. The link takes you to several verses above the footnote. If your window is small and font is big, you have to scroll down several pages.

Using Chrome my experience was different. When I clicked on the footnote number [x} it went to the footnote but what I saw was the beginning of the next chapter and not the footnote. I needed to scroll up to the footnotes at the end of the chapter. (BTW - thank you for having the notes at the end of the chapter that they appear in and not at the end of the book.)
