Made the following changes:

Added Maven support
Moved tests under Maven structure src/test
Upgraded JDK from 8 to 17 as for UtilitiesTest HierarchicalContext doesn't work for JDK 19
Added GitHub action to automatically build upon push. Requires enabling the following on project Settings:
- Actions
- Dependency graph
