ODIN driver OS 5 Wi-Fi multi EMAC dev drop 1

This is a developers drop that has undergone limited testing and it must not be used in production.

New features:

• Multiple MAC interfaces i.e. ethernet and Wi-Fi simultaneously
• Access Point mode(implementation of ARM proposal)
• Layer 2 bridge
• UDP multicast
• Configurable Wi-Fi beacon interval

Limitations:

• Ethernet disconnect do not work
• IPv6 most likely not working
• WEP not supported (only Open/WPA/WPA2)
• No power save
• For now only support GCC_ARM toolchain
• No performance tests been performed
• May be changes in API especially regarding Multicast, L2 bridge and Wi-Fi AP
