I made a corrected commit. My commit does not do anything with the value - but it does put the value in the $retval variable in the appropriate place. The key is not just to detect it and hold it - but what it is that should be done with it. The resource link id in the launch itself (not the transition claim) is the resource_link_id to be used. The only purpose of the RLID in the transition claim is in case you want to do some kind of settings copy tor resources copy one-time. As an aside the LTIX code does do some special work when it gets the first launch to a new user (i.e. subj) with a transition claim. It actually alters the old user record and makes it have two logical keys so new user accounts are not created. This pattern makes good sense for migrated users - but it is no appropriate for migrated resource links.
