Goals:

1. Accept a list of urls with optional custom titles, and a user config.
2. Fetch each, including images.
3. Process each for readability (format text, remove ads and clutter).
4. Stitch them together into a single epub, with a cover page.
5. Based on user config:
   1. Generate a hyperlinked table of contents.
   2. Generate page numbers.
   3. Print the date on the cover page.
6. Email the epub file to the given email address, ideally one associated with an eReader.
