show user memo in popup

People set memos to remind themselves about, among other things, how to (not) interact with other users: do they like being boosted? are they argumentative? what timezone are they in?

Having this sort of information in the popup means you don't have to remember to go to the user's profile to get them.

yes, I saw that.
the difference I see is that a memo is something that the local user controls, and something they intentionally created, so they probably care about it
the description is something that the remote user controls, so yes, we should not let that fill the screen

The issue I mainly have is the more stuff that should be in those things the less easy it is to use and this includes adding anything. While I understand the point of wanting to show memos I highly doubt a lot of people use them and even then they also don't show up on mobile as the user popup can't really be triggered on those devices making this less of an actual needed addition in my eyes.

I looked into this feature because I saw this exchange https://mastodon.neilzone.co.uk/@neil/111540047799674356 (and the rest of that thread https://mastodon.neilzone.co.uk/@neil/111540011254011634 ) of people wishing the note were more visible on mastodon's various UIs

It seems like the poll is indeed as I expected winning in the I don't use it department. I mainly also based this thought off discords integration of notes since I rarely see people actually use them and if they use them then it's mostly just for putting memes in it or other stuff
