The ARA Rig Manager is a tool that tries to improve the workflow for riggers and animators. Currently the add-on only works with bone groups and selection sets. In the future we plan to add more features that will greatly help riggers and animators alike.
You can get the add-on by going to releases page and downloading the latest release. The installation process should be done following the official Blender guideline.
