Reading Spike2 files for electromiography and preprocessing them
This is a Command Line App that send the command to save automatically the TVD file to EchoWave II
Script for Spike2-based interfaces for acoustic startle response (ASR) and prepulse inhibition (PPI) animal tests. Allows setting white noise acoustic stimuli of varying amplitude, duration and number. Supports both manual and automatic modes of stimuli presentation.
Spike2 script for handling calcium imaging data. The program cleans the data, visualizes it, and extracts features of the detected calcium signals. It creates two output files: a txt file holding the clean data values for all cells, and a csv file containing a summary of the results obtained.
