Analysis of real estate sales data. Tasks include understanding dataset structure, variable conversion, descriptive analysis, pairwise comparisons, linear relationship analysis, multiple regression modeling, feature selection using stepwise methods, final model summary, assumptions checking, and LASSO variable selection.
