This One Health AMR repository is a set of metadata packages, reporting scripts and documents that allow countries to create a starting national Antimicrobial Resistance surveillance system based on open-source components. This global public good is the result of a 3-year One Health AMR project Sponsored by FIND (the Foundation for Innovative Ne…
Warehouse robot using ros2 foxy
The fred2_description package in ROS 2 is dedicated to creating and launching the robot description for simulation and real-world applications. It utilizes URDF files, Xacro, and launch files to represent the robot's structure and visualize it in tools like RViz.
This code is a modification of MFEM, a C++ library for finite element methods. The modification includes: 4D meshes and finite elements, multigrid and time-slabbing solvers and a natural setting for considering (constrained) first-order system least-squares formulations.
AMRFinderPlus-Matrix contains script for processing the output files of AMRFinderPlus and generating a binary matrix that shows the presence or absence of antibiotic resistance genes, stress response genes, and virulence genes in each sample.
