v0.1.0 [Retrospective]

This is a retrospective release to better demonstrate what functionality has existed during the development of TopSim, and provide clearer view of the major differences between versions that are used, or will be used, in publications.

Please see the CHANGELOG.md document in master branch for more details on all releases. The following is taken from the 0.1.0 versioning:

This version is going to correspond with the first 'public' release and results of TopSim, which was it's demonstration in the 2021 ISC-HPC conference.

This can be found either at this commit, or at the 2021-isc-hpc branch.

Functionality that existed included:

• Complete simulation run using configuration files and workflows
• Scheduling algorithm integration with SHADOW library
• Data output as panda pickles
• Runtime-delays with tasks
• Test coverage of >80%.
