When I'm running on TF 2.3.1 with the GPU, I am encountering
2020-11-25 09:06:12.391615: E tensorflow/stream_executor/cuda/cuda_dnn.cc:328] Could not create cudnn handle: CUDNN_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERRORAccording to this issue the solution is to turn on memory growth.
This PR has been tested on Hadoop 3.1 with TF 2.3.1 and Cuda 10.2 on Nvidia Tesla T4
