pennink_figures - recreated figures from Pennink 2010 (Lio verslag 2010) blz 32
timehistogram - investigate arrival time difference variance (Pennink 2010)
corsika - corsika simulations: investigate properties of available sims GroundParticleSimulation() test
oneyeardata - create dataset for a single (4 detector) station for one year with selected events: 2 detectors > 1 MIP, 2 detectors <0.6 MIP (but with t1..t4 != -999.)
photons - analysis of interactions of gamma photons with scintilator plate. closely related to Josst "minimontecarlo"
mc-josst - analysis of the output of Josst' "minimontecarlo" (read the textlines, process and analyse)
minimontecarlo - mini MC code for photons through scinitaltor. This is a separate repository (C code)
