GuitarFretboard

Inkscape extension that generates a simple guitar fretboard

Requirements

• Inkscape v1.0+
• python lxml

Installation

Run the following command in the /extensions folder of inkscape.
git clone https://github.com/tomate44/GuitarFretboard.git

Documentation

• The tool is located in Extensions -> Render -> Guitar Fretboard
  
• Here is the Settings window

By applying the settings, the tool will create 2 layers :

• "Fretboard" contains a visual representation of the Fretboard
• "Fret positions" contains some helper objects (fret lines, inlay cross, settings text block)
  In the screenshot below, the 2 layers have been offset, for better visualisation :
