Hi, I am trimming my samples using Trimmomatic and it gives some errors for some samples while other samples are just okay. I am not sure of how the format of my samples can be changed to make them suitable for trimmomatic or any parameter that can be used to tweak the running to solve the error.

And these are the reads causing the above error.
