- Bump go dependencies
- Update links in README. Update year in copyright statement.
- Remove unused dependency go-winres.
- CI: Go lint using recommended method

- go-winres was mistakenly not removed when tkeyclient was broken out from the earlier apps-repository.
- Remove gotools directory. - Add golangci's own Github Action. - Bump image to tkey-builder:4. - Bump actions/checkout to v4.
