实在看不懂TransR中第二个norm函数（对向量和矩阵的乘积进行归一化），怎么跟直接对向量进行归一化不一样呢，反倒是有些步骤和梯度下降差不多，有没有人帮我解惑一下，卡在这里很久了。。。
