End of support for Python 2

Due to Python 2 behavior with varargs, it will no longer be supported because of annoying behavior.

Python 3 support

This version should now support Python 3.4+ based on Travis-CI testing.

The package continues to be refined and cleaned up.

Alpha 2

Added an example Jupyter Notebook, updated tools, and the infancy of unittests.

Initial release of alpha package

This release is mainly being created to have a DOI to cite the software. This should not be considered at all API stable.
