This section, due to being on the Governments file, was intentionaly focused on economy and external politics rather than their in-fleet politics and culture. It expands on their piracy and jobs as mechanics and how these two things interlock to allow the fleet to continue functioning, both in an economic sense and in a political sense (ie how have they not been taken down yet)
