0.8.4 Pre Release

Pre-release adds the following feature(s)

• Allow a player to join a duel queue (first come first served) by using /duel join or by right clicking any duel sign. Every 30 seconds the duel queue is checked, if there is more than 2 players it will automatically start a duel with the first two players in the queue. Other implementations will be configurable such as randomisation in the future.
• Allow a player to leave the duel queue by using /duel leave
• Give players full health and hunger when the duel starts

This pre-release is only intended for testing purposes only, please backup your current configurations if you intend to test the new features. If you find a bug, please turn on debug mode in the config.yml and repeat it and paste the output in an issue. I can only fix bugs if you show me how it happened.
