In RFC 3164, both hostname and tag are optional. With Zscaler NSS logs, we encountered a case where there is no hostname but only a tag/app.

In RFC 3164, both hostname and tag are optional. With Zscaler NSS logs, we encountered a case where there is no hostname but only a tag/app. However, our parser incorrectly assigned a hostname including a trailing colon for this scenario.
